近日，中国足协公布了“假赌黑”第二份处罚名单，73人被终身禁足，9支中超球队被罚分，对此，前国脚杨旭进行了点评。
杨旭今年37岁，曾效力辽宁宏运、山东泰山、天津权健、上海申花等球队，代表国足出场54次，打入28球，2023年4月宣布退役。
杨旭表示：“那9个队全下去了，（中超）就没法踢了。中甲顶上去？很多中甲球队是没有资金去投入到中超这个级别的。现在官宣，就是给大家敲响一个警钟，以后这件事大家不要去碰。”
他认为，“大家要正面理解这个事情，这是第二次宣布了嘛，球队也处罚了，个人也处罚了，很多都是我从小的兄弟，包括一些老大哥，每个人都有办错事、犯错误的时候，但他们也为自己的错误承担了自己该承担的责任和义务，我觉得去硬抓这件事情，没有必要。人可以犯错误，但犯了错误，就要接受惩罚。希望未来的人谨记前辈走过的路，不要再走这种弯路了。”
杨旭说道：“今年天津津门虎有机会吗？扣10分，三场球，踢得好一个阶段就赶上来了，踢不好可能就真的危险了。上海申花去年是夺冠的最好机会，海港转型期，而且武磊受伤了，但今年-10分起步，难度太大了。”
